Mango Studios LDN Academy helps young people and adults develop the skills, confidence and experience needed to progress into employment, education or self employment within the creative sector.
Based within a professional creative studio in London, we deliver practical, industry-led bootcamps,
supported internships, Alternative Provision and training programmes that combine creative skills
development, employability support and entrepreneurship.
We are also an accredited Arts Award Centre, offering nationally recognised Arts Award qualifications
at Bronze, Silver and Gold level.
We have a particular focus on supporting young people who are NEET, care experienced, SEND learners and
those facing barriers to progression. Through real projects, industry experience and personalised support,
we help participants build confidence, develop professional portfolios and access meaningful opportunities.
Whether the goal is employment, further education, accredited achievement or self employment, our programmes provide clear progression pathways that support positive long-term outcomes for young people and adults.
CREATIVE FUTURES PATHWAY
Our Creative Futures programmes combine creative learning, employability development and accredited outcomes through a structured progression pathway.
Scope
A 4 week creative development programme including Arts Award Bronze (Level 1).
Develop
A 6 week creative skills and leadership programme including Arts Award Silver (Level 2).
Launch
A 16 week creative employability and progression programme including Arts Award Gold (Level 3).
Designed for young people aged 14 - 25, Creative Futures supports progression into Supported Internships, employment, self-employment, entrepreneurship and further education.

Mango Studios LDN Academy is an independent Alternative Provision specialising in creative, vocational education
for young people aged 13 and above, including those at risk of becoming NEET or requiring additional support such
as SEND. That’s why our Academy offers flexible enrollment options, whether someone is taking their first step or
ready for a deeper journey, we meet them where they are.
Our model reflects many of the values of alternative provision, creative, inclusive, relational and designed to support those who may not thrive in mainstream settings. We build trust, spark confidence and offer a different route to success.
SUPPORTED INTERNSHIPS
Mango Studios LDN Academy delivers structured Supported Internships within a professional creative industry environment. Our internships provide meaningful industry exposure alongside structured supervision, mentoring and bespoke development planning.
